We would recommend at least one pair for Beginners and 2 or three for the more serious and advanced dancers.

Latin and Ballroom shoes are differently constructed, so it would be preferable to have one pair of each.

For ladies, you might want to have another pair of practice shoes since you might have to spend many hours wearing it. Rather than to be in 3 inch heel shoes for so many hours, it would be more comfortable for you feet to wear practice shoes.

You can wear your high heels during functions , examinations and competitions.

We have regular Shoe Promotions particularly during Events, Championships and Stock clearance. You should take advantage of such times to buy your second or third pair.

The Suede Leather soles of Ballroom shoes becomes wet and oily with use.

Essential item is a wire shoe brush, regularly and especially after a hard day practice, brush off the dirt and debris on the sole.

With use over a period of time, the heel cup may wear off or starts breaking off. Protectors are available to prolong the life of the shoe as well as protecting your feet and ankles.

As a test, put the shoes on a flat surface, it should stand by itself and in a well balanced manner.

The main idea of customising your own costume is to project your very own personalised Competitive image.

You must study your own strengths and weaknesses in order to bring out the best presentation of yourself.

Get ideas from watching other dancers in costumes, look at videos, magazines and photographs of Dancers.

Talk to those who are more experienced dancers. Map out the colours that you feel most happy with.

When you have a pretty good idea of what you want then talk to our Professionals in A&C.We will be able to give you sketches and designs, suggest fabric types and colours, rhinestones, accessories and provide you with an estimate of the cost.

Upon your confirmation, you have to pay an advance payment of 30% of the Estimate. We will proceed to commission the making of your costume. There will be a trial fitting before the final completion of the costumes.

It is at this point that we will fine tune the whole costume and decide on the amount of accessories needed. (Occasionally a 2nd or third fitting may be required.

You will be required to make another 30% of the Cost before we proceed from this point.

As a rule of thumb, you have to give a total production time of 30 days from the first payment
